We work diligently to process and ship orders quickly for our customers. Our perishable products are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs and shipped via FedEx 2 Day. Please review our shipping/delivery timeline below.
Shipping/Delivery Timeline:
•Orders placed on Monday by Midnight PST: Orders placed on Monday will be shipped Tuesday (the next day). Earliest delivery will be Wednesday if you are within a one-day ground shipping radius or Thursday if you are in a two-day shipping radius.
•Orders placed on Tuesday by Midnight PST: Order placed on Tuesday will be shipped Wednesday (the next day). Earliest delivery will be Thursday if you are within a one-day ground shipping radius or Friday if you are in a two-day shipping radius.
•Orders placed on Wednesday - Sunday by Midnight PST: Orders placed on Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped the following week (if you are in a two-day shipping radius). Earliest delivery will be Tuesday (following week) if you're within a one-day ground shipping radius or Wednesday (following week) if you are in a two-day shipping radius.
*Please be advised we do not ship for weekend deliveries. Processing times and shipment/delivery dates are subject to change in the event of a national holiday or during other high demand periods.
Tracking:
When your package ships we will send you a confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number. You can track your package to get status information and see an estimated delivery time window for eligible shipments. Or if you’d like more visibility, you can use FedEx Delivery Manager to monitor your incoming and outgoing packages throughout the entire delivery process and receive alerts and notifications.
