We source organic produce and our super roots, fruits and herbs from trusted farms and suppliers around the world. About 75% of our produce is sourced from farms across the West Coast. Some ingredients grow best in specific climates, so we source globally when needed—for example:

• Ginger sourced from Peru

We work directly with suppliers who prioritize things like regenerative farming practices and fair wages for farm workers. Every partner we work with must meet strict standards for safety, purity, and potency.
